We treat all client and employee information as confidential. Ad-Precision Ltd will not disclose, share, or sell any confidential or personal data to unauthorized third parties, except:

  • With the express written consent of the client or data subject.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Ad-Precision Ltd strives to provide reliable and effective HR solutions, we are not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • The actions, performance, or conduct of candidates or employees recruited through our services.

  • Losses or liabilities arising from changes in employment laws, regulations, or economic conditions beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All materials, content, systems, methodologies, designs, and tools provided by Ad-Precision Ltd are protected by intellectual property laws.

Clients may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute these materials without prior written consent from Ad-Precision Ltd.


8. Termination of Services

Ad-Precision Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service if:

  • The client violates these Terms and Conditions;

  • Payments are overdue;

  • Confidentiality or ethical standards are breached; or

  • Illegal or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Upon termination, clients remain responsible for any outstanding payments for services already rendered.


9. Modifications to Terms

Ad-Precision Ltd may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in operations, laws, or service offerings.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised β€œEffective Date.” Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, Liberia, and Sierra Leone.

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the applicable laws of the respective country where the dispute arises, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Ghana, Liberia, or Sierra Leone.
